Usage Instructions:

• FREEZING ICEpak: Freeze prior to use. Place on top of pre-chilled articles.
• HEATING ICEpak: Boil water and remove from heat. Place bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Allow cooling prior to reheating.
• MICROWAVE: Place in a microwavable container and cover completely with water. Heat at full power according to the instructions on the pack (30 seconds to 2 minutes). If additional heating is required repeat in 15 second intervals.
• IMPORTANT: Never heat without covering completely with water.
